Shipping & Returns

1. Domestic Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5.99 applies. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.

Expedited shipping (2-day) is available at checkout for $14.99, and Overnight shipping is available for $29.99. Orders placed before 1 PM EST will be processed the same business day.

2. International Shipping

We currently ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. 120ages is not responsible for these charges.

3. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your 120ages purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for a different size or flavor, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
